Few families are provided with monthly financial assistance and few more with grain bags. They are either widows or do not have any source of income. They cannot go for job due to either health issues or fragile bodies. This assistance is generally mapped with a donor and for a minimum period of one year. The current list stands very close to 70 families per month.
Seasonal or a one-time support is also provided to select or all of our beneficiaries where the idea is mostly floated by donor(s). For example, Helping Hands undertook a blanket distribution drive and distributed several hundred blankets to its beneficiaries and also to other shelter-less citizens who sleeps on the roadside. Similarly, in summer several of our beneficiaries were provided with water filters, etc.
